details matter

Trust us, there’s nothing like packing and assembling a 1,000-piece chandelier to make you appreciate the details. Even seemingly mundane details matter when you’re making something beautiful.

our work is an art, not a job

We believe our work is an art form. No two projects are alike and our business is formed from crafting personal experiences, not just offering services.

Your home is your sanctuary and it’s an honor to be invited inside. We cherish the bonds we’ve formed with the families we serve.

our clients are family

The key to harmony in a home is harmony in your family. We built a trusted team bound together by the pride we share in our craft.

what’s a residential concierge?

A hotel concierge provides expert recommendations and unparalleled service—so does our team at Joli Residential. We use the term residential concierge because we manage the details and tasks that keep your home running smoothly. Think of a residential concierge as a project manager for your home or move. We stay on top of details like scheduling appointments, hiring vendors and contractors, managing timelines.

Rachel Johnston Eisaman, founder of Joli Residential.

owner & founder

Rachel (Johnston) Eisaman

I started my business in 2009 to provide residential concierge services like seasonal maintenance and project management, but that was just the beginning. My business grew when I grew the idea of what my business was. I realized that the skills and attention-to-detail required for home management transfer seamlessly to move management. Our goal has always been to help families with all aspects of their home. Expanding to include move management simply opened the door to more people we could help.

I believe your home should be your sanctuary—a source of comfort for you and your family that reflects what you believe. The team at Joli Residential does it all to create comfort and serenity in our clients’ homes; whether it’s hanging a treasured art piece in a new house on move-in day or managing vendors for a renovation. Self care starts at home and we’ve mastered how to make it effortless.

the story behind our name

Joli Residential is a combination of my maiden name, Johnston, and the French word for beauty, “jolie.” Growing up my sense of home came from my family. My dad was a contractor. He used his hands to make supremely crafted, beautiful homes in North Georgia. When I chose a name for my home services business I wanted it to reflect my family’s tradition. Fifteen years later, Joli Residential continues the legacy.

Finding Joli Residential has been a godsend for us. Our Realtor recommended them for some of the tasks we needed when we moved to Atlanta. Since we were new to the area, we didn’t know where to turn for services. Presto! Rachel’s Rolodex and contacts to the rescue.
